To qualify, a dealership must commit to extensive staff training, including:
- Two Sales Consultants
- Service Manager & Service Advisor
- Warranty Administrator
- Parts Manager & Parts Counterperson
- Two Qualified Service Technicians
But training alone isn’t enough. Circle of Excellence dealers must also:
- Maintain a robust inventory of new parts.
- Achieve a Customer Service Index (CSI) score of 92% or higher.
