NRR Advantages Over Ford LCF/International CF 600:
- 500-lb. higher payload is provided by NRR with the same GVWR, due to lighter vehicle weight. Entire weight advantage is measured at front axle, where heavy V6 engine design is less efficient than lighter 4-cylinder
- More power and torque in efficient 4-cylinder engine (205 hp vs. 200 hp, 441 lb.-ft. vs. 440 lb.-ft.
- N-Series' well-proven, diesel truck engine vs. new International V6 diesel that has no service history in any vehicle
- Longer engine warranty, 3 years/unlimited miles vs. 3 years/150,000 miles
- Longer base warranty, 3 years/unlimited miles vs. 2 years/unlimited miles for Ford LCF and International CF
- Wider shoulder room in cab (72 in. vs. 66 in.) adds to comfort when carrying three passengers
- Larger cab contributes to driver and passenger comfort and utility. Ford/International cab has 5-in. shorter BBC, which results in reduced interior room compared with the Isuzu trucks
