I have a disabled truck, because no one can seem to get me the right oil filter for my NPR HD with a 6L v8. Nothing in the cross books is correct, and the filter that came with the truck is blue and numberless. |

Sorry for your difficulty. If you need to purchase from an Isuzu dealer, the part number is 8-88984215-0, or a GM/Chevy dealer with W-Series, part number
88984215. Plenty are in stock. This part number crosses over to a PF46 AC.
