What is the policy on the use of blended B20 diesel fuel in your engines and its effect on warranties? |
Answer:
Currently Isuzu does not approve or disapprove the use of Bio diesel in their engines. Since emission standard could be affected, it would be the responsibility of the user, if they use such fuel. Warranty would not cover any damage from the use of such fuels. The standard for bio diesel fuels has not been tested at this point, so they are taking about the same stance as other engine manufacturers.
